How do I attend livestreamed yoga classes?

First, sign up for your class on the schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your class, which is held over Zoom.

How should I prepare for an online yoga class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grab a water bottle to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, and additional props, such as a block or strap, if you have them.

If you are new to Zoom, you may have to download the (free) app.

For MyoYin or Candlelight Calm classes, special therapy balls are used, which are available for purchase in the Shop.

What happens if I have technical issues?

If you’re new to Zoom or using a new device, I recommend accessing the class early to leave time for troubleshooting. Sometimes, leaving and returning can help with a bad connection or audio problems.

Class is about to start. Can I still sign up?

For livestream classes, signups close 30 minutes before class.
