This seasonal outdoor series is designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and supported as the summer unfolds. Each date follows a natural progression, moving from gentle activation into stillness, so you can choose the experience that fits your body or stay for the full reset.

Change can be uncomfortable, but it's necessary for growth. Find balance in the discomfort through breathwork and presence.
1 PM — All-levels Yoga Flow
Now that we're centered, it's time to grow through movements that challenge your balance and strength.

Feel the energy of your life force move through you in this flowing yoga practice. Direct your energy in postures that challenge you.
12 PM — Guided Meditation
Change can be uncomfortable, but it's necessary for growth. Find balance in the discomfort through breathwork and presence.
1 PM — Hatha Yoga
Integrate your energy with this balancing Hatha practice. Find your center and move from integrity, not imbalance.
Presence & Stillness

Summers always go too fast! Learn to be present for every moment by slowing down and savoring stillness.
11 AM — Slow Flow
Find mindfulness in movement with a slower flowing practice.
12 PM — Guided Meditation
Savor each moment by finding the beauty of stillness. Observe, be present, and stop the rush as we reach the end of the summer season.
1 PM — Yin Yoga
With slow, long stretches, you'll have plenty of time to be present with your body and breath.

As we wrap up our outdoor yoga experience and say goodbye to summer, it's time to welcome the slower pace of fall.
11 AM — Hatha Yoga
Connect with the earth and your body, and find steadiness through transition with a Hatha practice.
12 PM — Guided Meditation
Enter the new season feeling lighter by letting go of what no longer serves you.
1 PM — Yin Yoga
Breathe into your body and release tension with long-held yin yoga stretches.
Location & Logistics

The farm is located just outside the Twin Cities metro area. Enjoy a break from the bustle of city life, but be prepared by packing for the weather and the day's activities.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Layers for changing weather
Sunblock
Hat
Blanket or towel for under your mat
Optional: Props for added comfort in the practice, and a snack if you plan to spend the day.
You’re welcome here. Classes are designed to be accessible and supportive, with options and modifications offered throughout.
Advance booking is recommended. While walk-ins are welcome if space allows, registering ahead helps ensure a smoother experience for everyone.
In the case of inclement weather, you’ll be notified of any changes or cancellations ahead of time.
Yes. You can attend yoga or meditation individually, or stay for multiple sessions.
A water bottle and layers are helpful. You may also want a blanket for the meditation or yin practice. Be mindful of the weather and plan for SPF, bug spray, or anything else that makes the outdoors more comfortable.
Yes, parking is available on-site. You may be asked to park along the road to ensure everyone can access the property.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to come on your own or bring someone along.
While lavender lemonade is provided to attendees of yoga and meditation classes, food and additional beverages aren't available at the farm. Please plan ahead to stay hydrated and pack snacks if you know you'll be spending the day with us.
