1 Live Class per Week + 4 Videos
With this yoga membership, you can join one livestreamed yoga class per week and enjoy four on-demand yoga classes or meditations from the library when it fits your schedule.
Membership renews every 4 weeks.
2 Live Classes per Week + 8 Videos
With this membership, you can join two livestreamed yoga classes per week and enjoy eight on-demand yoga classes or meditations from the library when it fits your schedule.

Class Packages
4 Class Pack
This class package is redeemable for 4 livestreamed yoga classes offered by Nourish & Grow Yoga.
Classes expire after 30 days. Class packages are non-refundable.
10 Class pack
This class package is redeemable for 10 livestreamed yoga classes offered by Nourish & Grow Yoga.
Classes expire after 6 months. Class packages are non-refundable.
Membership Questions
What can a membership be used for?
Your yoga membership can be redeemed for the number of livestreamed yoga classes included, as well as access to the video library.
Memberships can only be redeemed for classes offered by Nourish & Grow Yoga and cannot be redeemed for workshops or yoga taught by Ashley at other locations.
How do I use my membership?
You must be logged in to your account to apply your membership. Please reserve your spot in class using the Schedule page or by contacting Ashley.
To access the video library, go to the Video Library page and log in to your account.
What if I need to cancel a class?
There is no penalty for classes canceled with advance notice (at least 2 hours in advance), and a full refund will be credited to your account.
However, late cancellations (less than 1 hour in advance) will result in being charged in full for the scheduled class.
How do I cancel my membership?
Depending on your membership, it automatically renews monthly or annually. You can pause your membership at any time via your account to avoid being charged for that month.
If you decide to cancel your membership, please do so 30 days in advance by contacting Ashley. Annual memberships are non-refundable.

What do I get with my unlimited video membership?
With this membership, you get unlimited access to the entire yoga & meditation video library.
How do I cancel my membership?
