Corporate Classes or Events

We offer yoga classes for organizations and groups looking to provide wellness and mindfulness options. These classes are held in-person or online in a group class format. Classes are held on the organization's property or outdoors, weather permitting.

  • Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga aims to build strength and increase flexibility in a pain-free and sustainable way. Gentle Yoga can help you learn the names of the different poses and find proper, safe alignment. Learning how to do yoga poses in the right way for your body can help you avoid injury.

These types of classes are great for beginners or yogis that are looking to slow things down. We start with gentle and deliberate movements to warm up the spine and major joints of the body. Then work on building strength and improving flexibility as we grow our yoga vocabulary.

  • Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga that helps the practitioner find balance both physically and energetically. Its name derives from the combination of “ha,” or sun, and “tha,” which means moon, and refers to the balancing of those energies.

This mindful practice uses the breath to find and settle into each pose. You can expect a full-body workout and while some postures may be challenging, modifications are always available to help you find safe alignment. Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

  • Yoga Nidra

Slow down, quiet your mind and experience deep rejuvenating rest and guided relaxation.

Yoga Nidra provides deep relaxation paired with a meditative focus that allows you to skim the edge of consciousness. Afterward, you’ll feel relaxed and refreshed.

Pillows and other props are used to create a comfortable and cozy place for you to rest in complete relaxation. Eye pillows and blankets add extra coziness.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow and relaxing form of yoga that concentrates on finding a deep stretch and increasing flexibility.

In a Yin Yoga class, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, or longer! These long holds help to lengthen not just our muscles but our fascia for flexibility that lasts long after you leave your mat.

Props are encouraged, as they can help you release and relax into each pose in a supported and aligned way. We use pillows, bolsters, blocks, and straps. Eye pillows and blankets add extra coziness.

  • Yoga Tune Up®

Yoga Tune Up® is a system of therapeutic movements combined with facilitated self-massage that breaks down how the body moves. Yoga Tune Up helps you lengthen and strengthen as you would expect from a yoga class, with a focus on integrated and safety-minded postures. Roll Model® therapy balls are used for self-massage to loosen muscles, break up adhesions in the fascia, and help gain awareness of your body and how it moves.

The combination of Yoga Tune Up postures and Roll Model massage techniques will shape your Triangle pose and deepen your Forward Fold!

  • MyoYin Yoga

This class combines myofascial release techniques and Yin Yoga postures to help soothe tight muscles and tissues, increase range of motion, and find relief from pain.

Therapy balls are used to loosen muscles and break up adhesions in the fascia. You'll be guided in several techniques using the therapy balls, including rolling, compression, and cross-fiber work.

This work is followed by extended Yin holds to help you find flexibility that will benefit you on and off the mat.

Other Offerings

  • Meditation

The goal of meditation is to quiet the noise of the “monkey mind” so that you can more clearly hear your intuition, highest wisdom, or the Universe, depending on your beliefs. Meditation is essentially a mindfulness exercise and can be done sitting upright or laying down.

Meditation can be added to any private yoga session, in 15-minute or 30-minute increments.

You may want to have a meditation cushion, yoga block, or supportive chair for seated meditation or pillows or bolsters to help you find comfort if you prefer to meditate lying down.

  • Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing that is done hands-on, hands-off, or can be done at a distance. Reiki energy can be used to heal the physical body, as well as emotions, and mental well-being. Typically, for a Reiki session, you will be lying down comfortably.

Reiki is a very meditative experience, and you may find that imagery or messages come through to you or the practitioner during the session. You can always choose whether those messages are to be shared with you or not.

Reiki can be added to any private yoga session, in 15-minute or 30-minute increments. A 15-minute session provides time to focus on a single area of the body, and a 30-minute session can focus on a specific area or include a full-body scan.

“Ashley was so accommodating and professional and beyond talented in her yoga practice. She gave us ladies a challenging yet relaxing workout. You won’t regret working with Ashley! She’s the best!”

“I and a couple of friends did a group program with Ashley over Zoom. It was an amazing way to connect not only with my friends but with myself as well. She had a well-thought-out and organized program including some optional reflection activities so that we were able to open up together during the sessions. I highly recommend Ashley.”
